What does the Roller-Tacker do?
- The Roller-Tacker uses two motor-driven pressure rollers to apply a consistent seam or crease on the fold of the pages (it does not apply any adhesive as is frequently asked) and it serves as a jig to assist in the accurate application of hardcover cases.
- We have a few customers who successfully crease the fold of the pages with a simple hand-held wallpaper roller, but this is a slower process and only suitable for low volume production.
