Atom Clicker
The ATOM SE 20 C is an oil-actuated hydraulic press requiring a 220/208v 3-phase electrical source and can be purchased directly from an authorized ATOM distributor in the U.S. or Europe. Press cycle time on the ATOM is approximately 1 second.

Book Block Press
Our air operated book press is a budget friendly solution designed for lower volume production environments in the U.S. This unit offers virtually maintenance free operation and produces almost 8 tons of sealing pressure with a sustained 120 psi air source. A 30 second seal time per book is required.

Roller Tacker
This multi-function proprietary unit provides the critical final crease of the folded sheets through its powered opposing rollers. After sealing in one of the presses, the book block is returned to this unit where, with the use of magnetic jigs, the hard cover case is applied.

Book Block Jig
Our custom designed fixture helps assure a high quality book block assembly every time with very little operator experience. Multiple fixtures can be purchased to increase throughput in higher volume production environments. One book block jig is included with each roller tacker unit.
